A third wave coffee shop with some of the best breakfasts in Hamburg. All is dainty, delicious and there are vegan and gluten free options as well. They’re famous for their fluffy, soft waffles, my favorite being the lime-mascarpone one. But it’s also the perfect spot for a work date, or leisurely breakfast with avocado quinoa fritters or a lox-red beet toast.
I finally finalized my idea to write down all my blogging goals for this year. Eleven months is still enough of a year . . . not all New Years resolutions have to be printed on January 1st.
